In the event of a cancellation due to an event from NURSNDUTY, we will reschedule as soon as possible. In the event of power outage or natural catastrophe, services may be rescheduled.  NURSNDUTY coaches possess background of Psychology, Military Resilience, Nursing, Life Coaching and other related fields with many years of exceptional service. NURSNDUTY does its best to provide services within scope and knowledge. Any packages will not extend beyond the maximum of 6 months. Elder Consults consist of public information collected and presented to the client. NURSNDUTY assumes no liability for facility selected and does not receive payment from any other parties outside of the private pay. Services are not covered by Medicaid or medical plans. Payment is expected at the time of service. NURSNDUTY does not provide direct Nursing services, professional mental health or trauma events. NURSNDUTY does not diagnose or treat any disorders. There are no PSYCH or counseling services available. NURSNDUTY provides services on behalf of all parties interested. NURSNDUTY services are offered to anyone 18 years or older and it is expected at the time of services that each participant is at least 18years old. All payments are due at the time of booking. Sessions are entered in at the start and end time to allow fairness for the next client. It is expected that client participates and coaches work within to produce great results. Discovery calls are limited to 15 minutes and are of no charge. NURSNDUTY does its best to assist in achieving goals, however there is no guaranteed. We ask that 24hour notice is given when cancelling. Clients that No show will forfeit session with no reschedule. ALL NURSNDUTY material belongs to NURSNDUTY and are not to be copied, recorded or reproduced. In the event that a client is late, the session will end respectfully at the scheduled time. Any discrepancies or complaints can be forwarded to email@nursndutylifecoaching.com for resolution. NURSNDUTY assumes no liability. NURSNDUTY will make an attempt to respect and serve your needs. NURSNDUTY is a faith establishment that is based on principles of Jesus Christ. All religions are respected and accepted; however, we still stand by the basis on which NURSNDUTY was founded. We reserve the right to change terms at any time. NURSNDUTY serves all 50 states and multiple countries, however services are in English language.
